By choosing Lenora's Ayurveda Health Counseling one embarks on a transformational journey towards radiant health, beauty and longevity. Ayurveda is ancient Indian system of healing which can be translated as "the science of life". According to Ayurveda, everything in the natural world is made up of 5 elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. Ayurveda seeks to maintain the equilibrium of these elements within the individual for optimal health. Throughout this program we will use the four pillars of Ayurveda (diet, exercise, breath work, and relaxation) as well as healing through the five senses to create balance throughout the entire being.

Step OneWeek one will include an introduction to Ayurveda, a Client Analysis, Pulse Analysis, Chakra Analysis and Tongue Analysis. During the first session I will determine your individual constitution. I will give you a specific food log that you will be asked to complete for the following week so I am able to get a better understanding of what your diet consists of and determine what your Ayurveda Food Plan will be.

Step TwoWeek two will include analyzing your food log with you and explaining the five tastes and the elements that make up your unique constitution. I will create an Ayurveda Food Plan for you and ask you to continue logging your food for the next two weeks.

Step ThreeWeek four will include a second analysis of your food log to see your improvement. I will make sure it is balanced and that it is working for you. If you would like to take the Ayurveda Plan to the next level I will include oil remedies, herb and spice remedies, massage techniques, yoga postures, breath work and an exercise plan for you.
